Went through Lowe’s online chat for a mistake on an order from Cromwell. Was informed a case was started and we would be contacted in 24 hours. No call, no email. It was under $20 of missing items on a $200 order so not the biggest deal. It is pretty crappy customer service though.

Waited 10+ minutes at the paint section while also asking for help. Was told I needed to wait for the person working paint to finish their lunch, do you really not have someone cover a section when someone is unavailable? Unacceptable.

Leaving this review for numerous reasons. Firstly, I went in for a handsaw, their selection is essentially none. There was a kobalt and craftsman and that was it. No other brands, and no other types. I was originally looking for a bow saw.
Secondly, they had no putty for anything besides wood. Millions of wood putty’s but for anything else they just had flex seal tapes and spray that I could’ve got anywhere. The flex seal spray is not exactly putty but essentially liquid rubber in a can.
Third, if you’re here on a windy day. The shopping carts are moving hazards. Noticed numerous shopping carts rolling down the sloped parking lot and customers had to dodge them. Additionally, one hit a car so watch where you park.
Lastly, I’m not sure if it’s a budgeting issue but it’s hard to find workers for help. You have to do some seeking to find help. If you go between 1-3pm I believe everyone is on lunch so it’s impossible to get help then.
I also wanted to add that their outdoor brick and stone section literally had bricks falling randomly. The issue is the pallets that the bricks and stones are on are collapsing from the weight of being stacked. I was looking at mulch across from the bricks and a crashing sound happened with a few bricks breaking on the floor. Anyone looking for quick money can find it here in the parking lot with flying shopping carts or the brick and stone section

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
