  They did a great job plowing our complex during and after 2 major snow storms , we appreciate their hard work during these difficult storms!

  Well glad Beacon Hill is not the only complex suffering from poor snow removal and rude drivers. Not sure when they say they are on sight all day and you don’t see a plow truck for the 3 hours you are out shoveling what that means. Day two finally saw a plow but his window was wide open and the distinct smell of cannabis was wafting out of his truck. Hopefully that is in their liability insurance when this guy hits a car. The fact is they are ill equipped to manage large scale snow falls and have rude/dangerous drivers.

  Head crew telling me that they are there to clear the sidewalk only. I asked him what about the mess his crew left behind. He said thats not his responsibility. To call the office. I told him thats unacceptable. That they were going to do it this time only. Not again. Poor Poor service.

  They may be great with landscaping but they are horrible with plowing and communication. They plowed Cromwell Hills during that big storm last week and not only did they not meet any of the residence expectations they also HIT our car with one of the plows and scrapping the whole side of the car. The property manager gave us their number they have not responded to any calls or messages at all and this was over a week ago.

  This company was contracted by Cromwell Hills Association for snow removal. They are inadequately staffed and do not have the appropriate equipment for large snow removal services. They have failed to live up to their contractual obligations and created several Hazardous situations by plowing snow up to people’s front door, preventing escape if there was a fire, and prevention of Emergency Services being able to respond if necessary. They also plowed snow into people's parking spots vs moving it out forcing people to park on the main road during the main road parking ban. Additionally, after plowing vehicles in making clearing vehicles next to impossible, one person slid under their vehicle. Had it not been witnessed by neighbors, the person is elderly and disabled and could not get up on their own. So they could have possibly lost their life from hypothermia. The excuse for the lack of fulfilling contractual obligation was someone called out sick. This storm hit as predicted and this company had more than enough time to prepare. This company put people’s life in danger.
