I was in the hospital, too sick to talk on the phone My family explained the situation to them and that’s when they switched the locks to deny access. No notice was given. My storage fee was paid in full and up to date. They knew I was in the hospital and my storage unit was paid for. They took advantage of that . I did not recover any personal belongings or valuables. I never heard from company after that. Would not recommend at all
