Todd personally came out to give an estimate, which in my eyes made a huge difference. He was well knowledgeable, had answers for all my questions and even had all his ducks in a row when it came to making sure I was comfortable with his experience. When it came down to it, no other estimate I recieved was as in depth as his, which brought to light a lot of points I hadn't even considered. It was a clear choice that even though it may have been a little more pricy, felling comfortable was worth every penny. When the crew showed up, they got right to work, he did have to postpone the job he had estimated for only 8 hours becauee of wind- I was happy he didnt try to push the boundaries and do damage just to make a deadline. They returned that Monday and worked from 7am until dark, and even returned the following day to do cleanup. It was like they were never there. They had to avoid obstacles like power lines, my house and a narrow road safely. To be fair they were hauling 2ton limbs over my house. When I returned on Wednesday I was astounded by the difference one tree could make. There was not a stick or leaf to be seen, they cleaned all sawdust, and remnants right down to the stump as I had asked. They also made sure clean the front yard where they were breaking the tree down- and even with heavy machinery- my yard had no damage and was in great shape. Needless to say, this is a great choice if you are needing work to be done. He offered financing and different payment options, and his attention to meeting my goals was his priority. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for big or small jobs.
