  I had purchased a sectional here a year and a half ago, and unfortunately, it needed replacement. I had the protection plan, and they issued me a re-selection as they couldn't be sure the replacement pieces would match my couch. I went back with pretty solid concerns I would be replacing it with the same one and hoping, somehow, that this one I could get with a better fabric. I went and met with Christina, and she was SO helpful. She listened very carefully to what I was looking for, and really thoughtfully brought me around the store, pointing out why some couches would be better fits than others for what I need. I have cats, (which were not related to the damage), but I had been cautious about what to get because their nails can be hard on things. She then left me to my own to wander and checked in every now and then. Christina really helped me find an amazing replacement sectional that has been so good with them- I was nervous because I hadn't put a cover on them upon arrival, but it seems that I may not need it - so far the fabric has held up as well as Christina said it would about a month ago. Thank you Christina!!

  Klayton Ball-Mitchell was my salesman. He was beyond helpful, offering suggestions and showing highlights of different pieces of furniture as well as explaining mattresses. I really took my time looking at numerous things and he never looked like he wanted to move in. I highly recommend him. The customer service was also easy. My delivery is today so hopefully everything goes smoothly

  Tika, who took care of my phone order, was a ‘10’ in every survey category. I called in my order since I couldn’t make it to the store and she was knowledgeable, patient, and shared all the information I needed right through the delivery process. In addition to her calm demeanor and friendly conversation she offered to follow the progress of my order and keep me informed! Great customer service 😍

  Darren Garland checked in on us often through our decision making once we had an idea of what we were looking for. He made some suggestions on products and ultimately lead to finding the perfect piece. He went above and beyond to show us other items that aren’t on display there which was greatly appreciated as it was exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Darren!

  It has been a pleasure working with Martin at the Brookfield store. I visited the store in search of an upholstered bed and mattress set to transform our home office into a bedroom for our granddaughters. While I wasn’t completely satisfied with the upholstered beds on display, Martin went above and beyond by sending me a link to explore additional upholstered bed options from Bernhardt. Thanks to his suggestion, I was able to find the perfect bed! Throughout the entire process, Martin was incredibly helpful and patient as I worked through selecting the right style and color. His guidance made all the difference. I highly recommend Martin and look forward to working with him again for future purchases.
