    Highly recommend after a mattress purchase at this store. Carmen on the sales floor was very knowledgable and responsible. Following a difficult delivery experience, Steve, who is the store manager, listened to my concerns and was helpful in following through with a resolution.

    Do not buy anything from this store! We ordered our couch on 11/18 and I was told by two different people in 24hrs that the couch was getting delivered in the second week of December, now I am being told late January! I don’t write bad reviews, but I’m compelled today because of the lack of professionalism. I wish I could give them zero stars. They are terrible communicators with a library of excuses ready to go when you call them. I have no couch in my living room because I was expecting delivery. It is amateur hour at this place and your sales people are non existent when you try to reach out to them unless you call the store. They’ll give you their cell phone and then disappear on you when you want something so simple.

    I'd give a zero if I could but...went to the store in September to look at/purchase a new mattress. After trying numerous mattresses we fell in love with the Purple mattress. We ended up purchasing a king mattress and two pillows. When our order arrived, they sent standard instead of king. We called to advise. They said if the pillows hadn't been opened then they can be returned. We reminded them that the set was delivered and set up therefore the boxes were opened. Then they said they would sell us one at regular price and give us the other. Never heard another word. 2 and a half months later they finally (after asking multiple times) send us a gift card, but not for what we were promised. Not very professional

    Absolutely horrendous customer service. Ordered a mattress simple enough. Day prior to delivery no call with scheduled delivery time.  Needed a time window to run errands. So, I called, followed the delivery status prompts 15 separate times but no one ever answered.  Tried new sales prompt 1 time, an immediately answer and real-life person, who instead of helping me, just sent me back to the delivery status prompt which again, for the 16th time, was a dead end. Update 1: 17 times delivery - no answer. 2 times sales - immediate answer. Update 2: 18 times delivery - no answer 3 times sales - immediate answer, but this time found out some info. Not on today's delivery schedule, so someone in Danbury messed up big time. When the store opens at 10 I'll call and hopefully I'll have better luck. Called the store and finally got a rep. Mattress wasn't scheduled for delivery today. Nothing in the system. Total incompetence. Horrible experience for something that should have been so easy. Now I have to set aside another day for the delivery.
