  Went in to casually check out some recliners. Approached by a member of the sales team and they were very respectful of my wishes to browse on my own. We didn't think we had found anything and wished the staff well, and again was very pleased with the sales team, no pressure at all! As we were walking out, we found a piece that we were interested in, our sales associate, Tori, was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. Shortly thereafter, we walked out with delivery scheduled and all accessories needed. Great expereince, will definitely go back for any future furniture needs!!

  Having not known about the existence of an R&F outlet, we visited the outlet in Brookfield, CT, looking to replace a 14-year old R&F leather sofa and a 7-year old R&F leather recliner sofa. Explaining we wanted a leather reclining sofa that would last at least 10 years, he explained most leather pieces in the outlet were not built for long-term durability/life and were not top-grain leather but a composite or two or more products. Thus, we considered walking across the parking lot to the main store for top-grain leather pieces. But, Sean, taking his time with us, showed us the higher-end top-grain leather option in the outlet showroom and explained it's selling points in a knowledgeable, non-pressure manner. Sold! Sean presented a professional appearance, a calm, no-pressure demeanor, and possessed informative knowledge of each product we looked at to help us make the right choice/decision for our current needs.

  We had a fantastic experience shopping for our new couch. The selection was good and the store was very clean and inviting we were greeted by Tori who let us know that she was available for help if we needed it and let us browse all on our own. When we settled on a couch, Tori came over and helped us through the process. She was very nice extremely helpful not pushy and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend going through Tori if you’re going to buy from Raymour and Flanigan.

  I highly recommend this store. Go see Tori. She is professional, kind, and courteous. She was very knowledgeable. She was not pushy and spent a lot of time with us while we tried to figure out what we wanted.
