They send technicians to our store, and then falsely report that they stayed much longer than they actually did. As a result, we’re being charged outrageous amounts for service that was never even provided. This is not just unprofessional — it’s dishonest. When we brought up the issue, there was zero accountability and no willingness to review or correct the charges. A company that deals with fire alarm monitoring should be built on trust and integrity. Sadly, this one has neither. Absolutely no credibility.
