- CSchris sapanaroJan 15, 20265.0I have had at least 1 unit, and at one time 6 units, @ this location; for the past 10 years. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The office staff are professional, helpful, and courteous. They do have 24 hour access available, if your schedule is crazy, like mine is, and it is needed. Mark the facility Manager, is a great guy, and always figures out a way, to be patient, helpful, and attentive; no matter how busy he is, with the phone calls, other renters; and people that showed up before you; you never have to worry, he will always return a phone call, or come find you at your unit, the moment he is free. Thanks for all your help Mark! The only suggestions I would make to corporate, would be that they got larger dumpsters(they get filled quick), they provided a key to the dumpsters for renters that have 24 hour access(they are locked, and not accessible, when the office is closed). It also would be nice if they had a midsized moving truck with a lift, available for intown usage in 3 or 4 hour time blocks, for the renters.(either as a courtesy, or at a reasonable, competitive rate). Those decisions are handled at the corporate level, and do not detract from the staff. I definitely recommend this location.
