  I recently started to come back to this location, in the past I found that the men that were working there were not very good at keeping the place clean. I recently decided to start using this laundromat again because they hired a wonderful woman named Maggie. She’s doing a great job with keeping things clean and the bathroom is always clean and has toilet paper. I can’t say that the boys/men kept the bathroom remotely clean. And they always would act a certain kinda way when I would ask to use the restroom, and if it needed toilet paper it was like I was inconveniencing them. Maggie is happy to accommodate the needs of the customers, and always has a smile and professional attitude. I am thrilled that they hired her, and I hope they do not lose her. She’s a valuable asset to this establishment.

  I’m only giving 5 stars because of the employee Willy. He is always working hard keeps the place clean and solves problems with the machines that the OWNERS SHOULD BE SOLVING! Thankfully I am not one to flip out on an employee but there are crazy people who will because they don’t in that the machines not doing what they are supposed to do is out of their hands. The points system is stupid and needs to be fixed. This is the 2nd time I’ve had issues where I spend $70 on washing and my laundry points are not on the card. I have a new card so there should be no issues. Please give recognition to this employee for his professional work ethic and please fix your machines!

  Sometimes I'm having a not-so-good day but I need to do laundry. When I step inside Landromaxx in Bridgeport on Barnum Ave the staff there takes all of those "ugliee- bullies" away with a cheerful "hello" or some quick conversation! They are friendly, upbeat and I must add, they are usually busy doing something! Whether it be, tending to the machines, floors, garbage or laundry, they stay busy!! I love that!! And what adds to the beautiful experience is that Laundromaxx offers massage chairs, THAT WORK!!!! Thank you Laundromaxx for being a part of our community and I hope to have many more years of great service... unless I get a washer and dryer!!! 😁 NOT!!!! haha 😄
