I was greeted kindly by Yember who took the time to show me available storage units and the rest of the facility including me how to lock the unit I rented and how to access the building. The storage facility is exceptionally clean and lighting is bright so can actually see in your unit. I highly recommend this storage facility if you are looking for professional service, clean, climate controlled service, with convenient access times.

I’m surprised to see that they have a 4.9 review WELL let this be the first REAL POST REVIEW … my unit was broken into in this last October Monday the 6th they reported with a phone generic call saying that it’s a urgent matter MIND YOU THATS THE SAME VOICE MESSAGE THAT THEY LEAVE YOU WHEN YOU RENT IS DUE …no sense of urgency. Mind you I went into the office that same day Monday immediately after the receiving the voicemail because I paid my rent for the unit on the 1st I couldn’t imagine what they would want from me and I walked into this scene Janet was very condescending, standoff ish and non chalant about the whole ordeal I expressed my frustration almost in tear, sneakers were stolen my fathers old vintage vinyl records clothes my grandmothers old jewelry a lot of other resale items. All Janet responded with was “I know this is an unfortunate situation there’s not much I can do” UNFORTUNATE?!! She just handed me a card with the insurance claim number. She didn’t let me see video tape footage. I asked multiple questions that she couldn’t answer “ how did they get in?” “Do you not check or survey the building before leaving?” “Why didn’t you send out a mass email to the other tenets that people stuff are being broken into? NONE OF MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED !! Here’s the best part ! I called a cop while there going through my damaged items and the cop said she was at this location a week ago for 2 other break in reports !! WHY THE HELL AS A COMPANY ARE YOU NOT LETTING THE PEOPLE WHO PAY YOU KNOW THAT THEY SHOULD BE AWARE OF BREAK INS?! A email something !! But every month they raise their prices randomly, every month they call you if they don’t get their money on the first and try and lock you out your unit It’s going on 3 months and I’m still trying to get my insurance claim there’s nobody at extra space that has answers the police department hasn’t reached out to me nothing !! This place only has 5 stars reviews because they hide their issues and don’t communicate HOW THE HELL DO YOU ALLOW SOMEONE TO CUT A HOLE IN TOP OF THE UNIT AND SAY THEY DO NOT HAVE CAMERAS IN THE HALLWAYS FOR PRIVACY REASONS … Now at this moment I’m seeking legal action because I’m still sitting in limbo with no new information …. PLEASE BEWARE!!
