Lowe’s has the absolute worst customer service. I ordered plants online that arrived totally damaged. After 45 minutes with Danielle from Lowe’s customer service nothing was resolved and she in fact did nothing but put me on hold. After the calling the store I was informed I needed it return the “plants”, which is basically a box of soil due to the damage. I ordered online for a reason, since I don’t have time to actually go to the store. Terrible service.

Lowes in general is a great organization, but this store is absolutely horrendous. I’m a professional contractor and do the majority of my business with lowes. Without fail (literally every single time) an order gets fulfilled from this store it is wrong. I don’t know if it’s incompetence or just employees who don’t care and are completely negligent. My last order had more wrong materials than right, and the downtime cost me thousands of dollars and an entire day added to a one day project. I reached out to the pro desk who was going to find a solution and call me back, and of course there was no return call. I’m now stuck with materials I can’t return because they’re not the actual materials I paid for. I’m at the point where I’ll be canceling any orders coming from this location. Stick with Lowe’s but stay away from this store

The night crew, including leadership, has no initiative to work. In fact I saw a staff person avoid me even after customer service announced over the speaker twice that a customer was waiting. And I had to chase her down. Do better.

I don't usually shop at this Lowes but it was a very good experience. Two associates assisted me. The woman at the self check out was very friendly and helpful. Very good overall experience.
