    The night crew, including leadership, has no initiative to work. In fact I saw a staff person avoid me even after customer service announced over the speaker twice that a customer was waiting. And I had to chase her down. Do better. The day crew is awesome. Thank you day crew!

    I don't usually shop at this Lowes but it was a very good experience. Two associates assisted me. The woman at the self check out was very friendly and helpful. Very good overall experience.

    Asked a service representative for help told me to go back to the aisle i was in and they would have someone come help me after 20 minutes no one came to help left to go somewhere else

    This was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had in years. I went to Lowe’s to return a brand-new, unopened generator in its original packaging. While it was outside the 48-hour window, it was clearly within Lowe’s own stated return policy, which explicitly allows returns within 30 days when the item is unused and unopened. Despite this, the store refused to honor their own policy. What made this experience even worse was the extremely rude and unprofessional behavior of the employees. While I was calmly speaking with the customer service representative, another employee—who was not involved in the transaction at all—began talking loudly about me, making comments within earshot. This was disrespectful, unnecessary, and completely inappropriate in a customer-facing environment. When I asked to speak with the store manager, the woman at the counter flat-out lied and claimed she was the manager. Later, when I went to another Lowe’s location in a different town, I was informed that the store manager at that location is male, not female. That confirmed what was already obvious: she lied to avoid doing her job and couldn’t be bothered to escalate the issue properly. Between the dishonesty, the laziness, the open disrespect, and the failure to follow company policy, this store has clearly set the bar for how not to treat customers. If this is the standard Lowe’s is comfortable with, it’s no surprise people choose to shop elsewhere. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly advise others to document everything and expect resistance, even when you are clearly within policy. Picture below clearly states within exemptions. Ill be escalating this issue and reaching out to the district manager if Lowe's doesn't honor its own store policy.
