  Excellent experience with Bob and David at the Avon Raymour & Flanigan. Got a great deal on a floor model, everyone was professional and friendly. Bob took the time to call me and find out what I was looking for and held it for me til I could come pick it up. They even loaded it our truck. Thank you for exceptional service!

  The sales staff (esp Bob Hillburn) was very helpful without being pushy. It made the whole buying experience more enjoyable and we ultimately purchased furniture that we really liked.

  We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Raymour & Flanigan in Avon, and V made the entire process outstanding from start to finish! V was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the perfect furniture for our home. She took the time to walk us through different options, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured at all. What really stood out was how patient and attentive V was—it felt like she truly cared about making sure we were happy with our choices. Furniture shopping can be overwhelming, but V made it easy, enjoyable, and even fun. If you’re visiting this location, definitely ask for V. Exceptional service like this is hard to find!

  If there were a Nobel Prize for furniture sales folks, Bob Hillburn at Raymour & Flanigan in Avon, CT, certainly deserves it. His efforts on our behalf have been above and beyond! His patience, candor, professionalism, and plain old kindness are deeply appreciated by my wife and I. We are very grateful for all of his efforts and graciousness.

  This is my impression after spending thousands on the so called “new furniture”. The items I recently purchased, from the Avon store, were delivered on time, however some pieces were marred. The delivery people were quite careless about the delivery process. The lamp tables arrived with defects on the paint and trim. Likd they were bumped around. The store’s customer service is quite unresponsive. I’m am stuck with these defective tables and a leather recliner with a dent in the memory foam arm rest. I would strongly advise people not to buy from this store. They deliver to me furniture obviously marred. The customer service does not respond well to customer complaints. The management and sales people give you the unresponsive treatment . Avoid this store. Unless you want a terrible experience.
