I spent almost $15,000 for couches, sofa, end tables, beds, dresser tables, side tables, etc etc and the follow-up service after the purchase was third rate! I ordered 2 lamps worth $490 which still has not arrived (been over 4 months now) and they kept making excuses,. When I asked for a refund, I was promised by the sales associate, it would be done, but its been over a month. So I just disputed with my credit card company. Then I noticed 3 different issues with furniture, minor damage etc. Their repair person came after a month after I reported (I was promised 5 business days) and all he did was inspect and then said someone else will contact me and nobody still has reached out. Extremely disappointed with this company and would not recommend. All they cared was to take my money and now then they do not give a damn about their customers. I will need to pursue alternative solutions to complain and get my issues resolved.

We furnished our entire home through them, and our bedroom set—less than three months old—already has stains and is of noticeably poor quality. We are extremely disappointed. We paid for what we believed would be high-quality furniture, but unfortunately, we feel misled.

The saleswoman has disappeared. Today I found out that the new delivery date is the arrival date at the warehouse and not our home and that it will take additional days to schedule a delivery. Their furniture is not inexpensive and there service is horrible. Don't believe the positive reviews.
