  Delivered a load here and they unloaded me, but showed zero respect for the driver or equipment. They left trash all over my trailer floor after unloading and did not clean up after themselves. Then they told me to use their dumpster and clean up their mess myself. That is unprofessional and unacceptable. Drivers work hard and deserve basic respect. If you value your time and equipment, stay away from this place until they learn how to treat drivers properly.

  Stopped in to have $1500 of mulch delivered next morning. They said no problem, looking at between 9-10 tomorrow morning. I Finalized landscaper schedule. Siteone calls at 1050am and says delivery by noon. At 1230, landscaper cancels, Siteone delivers at 1pm. The reality is they have no schedule management. I could tell the 9-10 estimate was “off-the-cuff”, but then calling at 1050 (after i called them to see whats up) and saying by noon, then no call until the driver called at 1245. I buy here every year, but have to change. I get things come up in business, but that never means lazy customer communication is acceptable. Probably overworked good employees, likely a process issue by mgmt. i honestly don’t think I’ve ever written a bad review, but when you have 16 yards of mulch that’s going to be blown around for a couple weeks, you have to call it like it is.

  We wanted to look at some products and the gentleman who “helped” us simply told us to just go look at the aggregate yard. He gave no further instructions or directions to get there. He also offered no further help. Their hours are also not so great. It’s not convenient for people who work normal hours Monday through Friday.
