We purchased our mulch and soil and went home to get our truck. They even called to confirm we weren't having it delivered (which he didn't even ask when we purchased). We said no, we were heading over with our truck to pick it up. Got there and they had already closed early for Mother's Day. We can respect closing early, but to not give us a heads up when you knew we were on our way was rude. Now we have paid for product that we don't even have and had to go purchase more soil somewhere else to get our project done today. A little customer service and consideration would have been nice.
