So it was a wasted hour of drive time. No notice beforehand that it wouldn't be ready on time after a large window to get it ready. Just go to Michaels or another framing store if Hobby Lobby’s service is this poor. Save your time and money.

What makes me feel utterly demeaned, disrespected, and offended is when you're called a thief while you pay for your items at the register near other customers and you embarrassed but undeterred calmly assure the older hefty white assistant manager(I assumed this was likely her position) that you put back the markers youre accused of putting in your bag from the store next door but she calls you a liar anyway. Unfortunately for her she has no right to demand you do whatever she says. Looking through my purchase from Home Goods or demanding me to be strip searched isn't that different. The fact that I'm paying for the items in my basket should be proof enough then again you were pegged as a thief when you walked in and people hate to be wrong but the staff here is so wrong. Oh and I didn't even include the fake intercom message that said something like "Officer Willis to the cashier" there was no officer it was just another way to call a young man a thief. Repulsive.
