Spa Palace is the largest hot tub retailer in the state of Colorado and an authorized Biolab Platinum Dealer. We carry the top product lines such as Jacuzzi® and Sundance®. However he did not even acknowledge our arrival - not even a “hi, I’m tied up I can be with you in a few minutes”. We stood around, obviously waiting to speak with him, he never even looked at us. We finally left after waiting about 10 minutes. Another store was able to tell us that we would have to order the filters online. Took him less than a minute. I guess we didn’t look rich enough for that first salesman to even greet us! Not going back….
