- JUJ unoApr 23, 20265.0My husband sent me to get a cap for our sprinkler system shut off. I came in not knowing what to get, only had a picture to show to the Lowes employee. I met Kevin who looked at the picture and knew exactly what I needed. Kevin was not only knowledgeable but super friendly. The cap that was suggested to me, fit perfectly! I also want to recognize Jo from the garden. She was very friendly and helpful that day. And FYI: Lowe’s is a bit further (than the other “store”) but I will go the distance bc everyone at this location is so nice, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Upon entering, I am always greeted with a big smile and “hello, how can I help you?” I am so happy great service is not dead. Keep up the great work!

One of one of the trees I bought died. The jerks today refused to give me back a refund for the dead tree. I feel totally unvalued and burned by them. I know they had really burned my uncle badly on a major major house project. Now I joined with the rest of my family in boycotting this company because they cannot be trusted, especially this location. What horrible human beings I had to deal with today. Don’t go to Lowe’s and especially this location. They really don’t care about their customers.

Both employees demonstrated positive and cheerful attitudes towards customer service, genuine sincerity in the explanation of policies and costs, and enthusiasm for lifting heavy hardware. Give both these associates a raise!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
