He helped us get all the parts of our order together and make sure the delivery was set up correctly. Not my first time working with the great team there at Lowe’s in Westminster, but we wanted to single out Trevor for going out of his way to help and making sure we had what we needed. Very impressed! Everything was delivered on time and in good condition.

I only needed a few in two different sizes and I could buy just what I needed and was able to return the ones I did not use. This saved me over $50 and I don't have a half-used box hanging around the garage. Win-win! 😊

Twice now I have had offensive or downright condescending interactions with the male employees here, including just today when an employee thought it necessary to stand next to me at the self-checkout and walk me through my interaction as if I was a toddler, even going so far as to tell me “push the blue button to pay!” As if I’m not a fully capable adult. However the worst interaction I had here was a few months ago when another male employee struck up an unsolicited conversation with me as I was shopping for twine and asked me if I was “going home to someone who wants to be tied up, if you know what I mean”. He then continued to speak about him and his (poor) wife’s sex life to me until I walked away. Shame on you, women should not be made to endure sexual harassment or be made to feel like infants when visiting your store! Do better!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
