That kind of energy sets the tone. 🤝 The team there is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about making things easy. Smooth process, great vibes, and solid people all around. And just wait till you hear about the treasures we’re pulling out of here 👀🔥 Highly recommend if you want a spot that feels welcoming and handled right. I would pick them to store my stuff but i don't live close enough. I cant get over how nice they were! Thanks a bunch, keep up the great work y'all!

  Excellent customer service, first through a call with April, then in person with the manager, Sherry. Sherry has that facility firmly under her thumb and is a genuinely friendly human as well as a polished professional. I own a business in the 5-star hospitality industry, so I know how hard it is to find good help. When I find gems like Sherry, they are generously compensated. Whatever your corporation is paying her, pay her more. If they gave her a raise last week, give her another one. She’s irreplaceable, takes pride in her work and in being a good steward for that location. Hang on to that one!

  April was SUPER helpful, going above and beyond to help with my problem. This place has the most friendly staff I have ever seen, especially in this era of such a profound deficit in the area of customer service!! Great job. I recommend this place to anyone needing storage. Great service and great prices. Great staff just tops it all off.

  I had such a smooth and positive experience with Extra Space Storage from beginning to end. From my very first phone call to get a quote all the way through move-in day, everything felt easy, organized, and well taken care of. Sherry, the store manager, especially stood out. Every single interaction with her was kind, patient, and genuinely pleasant. She provides truly exceptional customer service and made me feel supported during what can be a very stressful life transition. When I arrived with my movers, we quickly realized I needed a larger unit than I had reserved. Sherry immediately jumped into action, found me a bigger unit, and even made sure it was located somewhere the moving truck could easily access. She turned what could have been a stressful moment into a seamless experience. I also love that they have an app that gives you access to the property and your unit. It makes getting in and out incredibly easy and convenient. You don’t always expect to see glowing reviews about storage facilities, but after my experience, I completely understand why this location has such great ratings. The customer service really makes the difference. I’m also very happy with the price and the overall value. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone.
