    I made a few visits for a pantry project and everyone at this location was super helpful. Special shout-out to Rob, he helped me get shelves cut closer to my size. Thank you for making these trips much more pleasant.

    The owner's for our new home and I agreed to replace a dishwasher with a broken part. The owner ordered a new unit, which was supposed to include removal of the old appliance and installation of the new one. The first team arrived, dropped off the unit, and before I could even ask a question, they were already heading for the door. When I stopped them, they casually informed me they “only deliver” and do not handle removal or installation—something no one had bothered to clarify beforehand. A few days later, a second team showed up. Once again, we were told they would uninstall the old unit and install the new one. Instead, they arrived expecting to haul away an already disconnected appliance and did absolutely nothing. After a heated phone call with Lowe's, the owner and I gave up and hired a handyman to finish the job—a job Lowe’s had promised to handle from the start and the owner paid for--very clearly seen on the invoice. What should have taken one appointment dragged out for over a week, thanks to their repeated miscommunication and complete lack of professionalism. This was incompetence, plain and simple. Lowe’s managed to turn a simple dishwasher replacement into a frustrating circus and, in the process, lost two customers: one existing and one potential. A remarkable effort, really. This is why we always go to other stores and why I will actively tell people to avoid Lowe's. Hopefully losing even more customers.

    Nightmare experience. Do NOT order a door through Westminster CO Lowe’s. I worked with Kira (salesperson) to order a custom Pelle door only for it to become a nightmare once I signed the contract. She is non responsive and the dedicated department simply says they’ll research and get back to me. Each day I call they give me a new date to provide me with an update. 1. Kira (salesperson) didn’t process or submit the order correctly so there was an initial delay. The only reason I know is because I called. I called because no one had called me to take payment as promised. 2. I was told I’d be receiving 18 mos 0% APR if I opened a credit card so I did. Only to find out that’s it’s only 6 mos 0% APR when I paid. 3. I received a voicemail was notifying me that the wrong size door was ordered. 4. I was the told that Pelle cannot make the door in the size that was ordered. Keep in mind that both Kira (salesperson) AND a dedicated individual came to measure the door frame. 5. Then I was told that the door is in process but no one seems to know if the door is being made correctly to fit my opening. 6. No one will transfer me to a manager after they tell me a manager is looking into it. They will not transfer me to anyone else who might be able to assist me. I was told I’d receive a call on 10/7 - I did not. I called the on 10/8. I was told I’d receive a call on 10/10 - I did not. I called and now they told me I would receive a call on 10/13. They sent me an addendum without any explanation or call. When I asked Rachel the customer service rep to explain it to me - she said “well, did you read it?” Yes, Rachel I read it which is why I’m calling so someone can clear up my confusion.

    Stopped in earlier this afternoon looking for some plant wire and was directed to some areas to check by Lindsey (hope that's spelled correctly.) While looking around and not finding what I was looking for, I turned around to find her coming towards me with the item in hand after she found it in a different area. That gesture went a long way and made a difference in my day. Thanks for going the extra mile!
