They had me test the chairs before they left. We love sitting, rocking, reclining at the push of a button.

He is a five star individual; skilled, knowledgeable, patient and always kind who knows his inventory like the back of his hand. Secondly, we chose Lazy Boy because of the quality of the furniture. This year we were overwhelmed by the huge selection of styles, colors and fabric selections to choose from. Lazy Boy has truly entered the 21st century so no need for Pottery Barn and other designer showrooms. Our recent experience was truly exceptional. Thank you Martin.

Also, ordering and delivery will be months before I will receive my furniture. I am in great need of a bed and less need for the other furniture. I found another place to get my bedroom set. I obtained other things from this store. I believe the tariffs are the issue in obtaining furniture from all furniture stores. Each store has their own special challenges but they all have ordering issues. One other thing I need to note, the discussions that the sales reps had with each other, in this store, need to be tailored more to a church vs. a bar. There was too much loud talking and cursing by the representatives. I was not offended but others certainly would be.
