Always a pleasure. 2 stars for the for the GIANT raises in rental fees. And by giant I mean literally doubling from the previous price, and they did it to me twice. But the facility is clean, and well taken care of so I settled on 4 stars.

I confirmed with Arnold before shipping that the address was okay for delivery. He told me I could still use this address for shipping even tho the office was being remodeled. But when I came here to check package delivery, he suddenly changed his words and said they don’t accept packages and I have to change the delivery address— even though I had already double-checked this just a couple of days earlier! Because of his mistake, I ended up waiting for 4-5 hours for packages that could arrive at any time. I asked him to at least help me wait for one or two hours so we could do a shift, but he refused to help coldly. This situation was entirely his fault, yet he didn’t show a single bit of responsibility or empathy. He refused to offer any help, any discount, or any solution — and then hung up on me. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. Because of his attitude, I stopped working with this facility and had to figure out everything myself to move over ten moving boxes to another storage. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If you care about basic decency, accountability, or respect — stay far away from this manager‼️‼️ If anything happens, you know he won't be on your side. He only thinks about himself and takes zero responsibility for anything that happens.
