  I financed a couch, a table and some chairs through this company. The price they advertise is for “early buyout.” They do not tell you upfront that if you do not pay the early buyout fees, the price will go up by several thousand dollars. I purchased this furniture thinking that the almost $3000 price tag was acceptable, and paid almost half of it off already. Whereas before I had about $1000 left, I now owe them an additional $4000. Please do not do business with this store. The price you advertise for the furniture should be what you pay. They pride themselves on being affordable but they are overpriced and dishonest in the way they charge. At no point did the salesman let me know not the financing department that this would be the finalized price if I did not buy out early. I like my furniture but if I would have known this is how you do business I would have gone elsewhere.

  Adriana was absolutely the best to work with. She was patient and extremely knowledgeable and all the products that we were shown. We will definitely be back. Great customer service.

  Decent quality furniture at an affordable price however their customer service is actually terrible and ... awkward. We weren't greeted when we walked in, they just glanced at us, not even a smile. Thankfully we were promptly greeted on the sales floor and our sales rep was great. When he escorted us back to the front to get checked out, both the male & female workers didnt even look up or acknowledge our sales rep as he was trying to hand them our paperwork so we could check out. Our rep left & the front desk person did not utter a single word to us during our check out process. They must hire mute people only though because our delivery drivers were also not friendly & maybe said two words to us. They barely spoke to each other. One of them seemed very upset that he had to deliver furniture & placed our bed in the middle of the room next to a dresser, so we asked it to be moved (why wouldn't you ask where we want furniture placed?) & then moved it angrily ONTO the plastic it came in so we had to remove that ourselves. Very disappointed in the service provided other than our sales rep.

  Wife and I stopped by to look for floor rugs and was amazed at how peaceful and relaxing the store was. All the sales people were very laid back but always helpful and never high pressure about anything. We shopped the whole store and they had an amazing section and we'll definitely go back and get a few more items that we liked soon. Lorena was our salesperson and she was great and we really liked her. We highly recommend this location ❤️
