They were able to reimburse a large portion of the cost and assured me that they will no longer be working with the locksmith partner that got sent on the original call. Original Review: (1/5 Stars) The lady on the phone said it would be a $29 service fee and then $19-200 for labor depending on the time and difficulty of the job. When the guy arrived he said it was going to be $350!!! After some negotiating he came down to $250 which is still $21 more than the max price quoted over the phone. I would absolutely understand the cost if the work he did required an immense amount of skill that only comes with years of experience but he literally inflated a bag and stuck an overpriced coat hanger through the crack. That is not worth $350!! Taking advantage of people in desperate situations is not ok and all 'locksmiths' like this should be ashamed!
