  The store is clean and well stocked even with trending items. Most of the employees are helpful and kind. I find it unfortunate though that the managers are always barking at their staff to hurry up to get the line through yet you never see them help out by jumping on a register. You can see it on some of the cashiers faces that they feel bad after a manager rudely orders them around. So minus 1 star for audibly/visually rude managers

  Alisha is very unprofessional and rude store associate. I was checking out with another associate who wasn't very helpful either by the way, when Alisha came to put in her 2 cents with a dollop of attitude. After a few questions regarding my transaction, Alisha was even more upset and mumbled "so we can get you out of here" When I asked "I'm sorry what did you just say" she stared blankly as if she was shocked that I heard her and called her out on her unprofessional actions before saying "there's a customer behind you" so I addressed it with the manager and then spoke with the store manager when Alisha started raising her now very brave voice stating "She's lying"... (While helping other customers) The manager had to ask her to calm down and said that she would investigate. Not sure if I would like to shop at this location again.

  Magdalena is not very nice. She doesn’t smile, seems annoyed and replies, “yup” instead of, “yes.” She’s unprofessional and rude! She is doing your store a HUGE disservice!

  When did Hobby Lobby worked like Walmart? I asked them to check inventory for more threads that I need and they said everything is out on the shelf. I need to order them. Now, the threads came but it's lighter than what I got. Now, my project is off color. I understand that the batches coloration may various but if they could just check inventory first, then, I wouldn't have to go through this. I love shopping at Hobby Lobby but lately, the employees just look at me like I bother them when I ask for questions. While I understand we all have bad days but this is like the fifth time with different employees, I guess it's time to move on.

  Loved the supply they had but was terribly disappointed and shocked when I got to the register to find out that they do not accept any payments regarding Tap-to-Pay. 🚫 Apple pay 🚫 Google Wallet 🚫 PayPal 🚫 After pay..
