Teresa was in the refund/exchange cashier today Nov 11th around noon helping a customer return items. She clearly had trouble getting her job done in a timely manner and as the second person in line I waited 20-25min until finally someone called to the cashier next to ours a male employee and he proceeded calling other customers that had just lined up to a different cashier to his lane to be helped. Well, as all of us in our line were getting frustrated, I approached the male employee to ask if after that customer he could our line since we had been waiting so long. Teresa very rudely intercepted saying it hadn’t been that long and didn’t seem to care at all! I just think she could have managed all better by apologizing to others who were waiting in line and letting people know that it would take longer than expected and maybe redirect customers to a different cashier, ask someone for help or whatever. Very badly managed situation. When I finally just decided to move to the next cashier because I was done waiting for Teresa to figure out what she was doing, I mentioned to another female worker that stood in front of the store looking like she was keeping things in order that maybe Teresa needed some better training doing refunds and the woman laughed. Absolutely no one apologized or seemed the least concerned with customer service! Terrible, this store needs some better employees that can handle the chaos of the holidays coming up! Teresa sure can’t.
