- EDEmily Deck1 day ago5.0I purchased my furniture online so this review is specifically about delivery although I’m very happy with the furniture, too. The guys were great. I rudely didn’t get their names but if I find out I will update the review. They were extremely accommodating. There’s a lot of kids, pets, sharp corners, slanted driveway, tight spaces, and stairs. They even worked around the foul weather after I did a poor job of clearing the snow from the driveway though they would have been justified if they chose to reschedule me. They were courteous and patient and didn’t even seem to mind the kids spying on them at every turn. Perfectly assembled furniture and they double checked that everything was where I wanted it and were open to making any changes if needed. All the packaging was removed which is a huge bonus when you have a large family and limited dumpster space. I can’t say enough good things about their kindness and professionalism. The service far exceeded the delivery cost.

I also had previously purchased things to my house, so their refusal to do it and then CHARGE me for shipping to the store is ridiculous. On top of that, I paid the money requested, but it still says I owe $3+. Where before I purchased all my furniture from AFW, now I will never shop here again. I also had to talk to three different staff members before getting the replacement shipped to the store for pick up.

Matt, in particular, is amazing. The entire process was really easy and honestly enjoyable which is saying something for furniture shopping / buying. The delivery team was fast, friendly, and professional. Overall just fantastic. Communication on delivery time was excellent. They got the furniture where I wanted it. Everything was set up and ready to go very quickly. A great experience beginning to end. Much appreciated!

My salesman JP was very helpful and professional, the delivery drivers were polite, informative and also professional, the main drivers’ name was Jesus, I forgot the other guys name. I highly recommend AFW!
