  Angelo was the best! He helped my wife and I find the right size couch and a bed for our son. He was the only sales person to come up and offer assistance. Ask for Angelo he knows his products inside and out and is very respectful, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and down to earth! He won't put you in something that you're not looking at! Miguel, the delivery driver, and is helper we're also very polite, courteous, professional, and efficient!

  We had an absolutely outstanding experience at American Furniture Warehouse, and it was all because of Angela! From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Angela took the time to truly understand our style, our space, and our budget. She never once made us feel rushed or pressured — instead, she walked us through different options, explained quality differences, and helped us visualize how everything would come together in our home. Her attention to detail was impressive, and she even pointed out things we hadn’t thought about that ended up making a huge difference in our final decision. What really stood out was her patience and professionalism. Furniture shopping can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Angela made the entire process smooth, organized, and actually enjoyable. She was incredibly responsive to our questions, double-checked measurements, and made sure every detail was correct before finalizing the order. It’s rare to find someone who combines product knowledge, professionalism, and genuine kindness the way Angela does. She went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% confident and happy with our purchase. If you’re shopping at American Furniture Warehouse, do yourself a favor and ask for Angela.   We had an absolutely amazing experience with our purchase from AFW—from visiting the showroom, to placing our order online once we were ready and delivery; everything was amazing. We live on a military base that required our drivers to acquire passes and thankfully they were so patient, kind and friendly—Kevin & Quinn are the absolute best! Everything is so comfortable and we can’t wait for our little family to grow up using this couch as an area of peace & happy memories!

  I recently bought new furniture and had such a great experience working with Kristen. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the whole process fun. She jumped in and offered to move furniture around so we could better envision our space, helped us measure, and shared thoughtful ideas based on what we were looking for. She really went above and beyond, and we never felt rushed. Her help made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you, Kristen!

  This was my first experience with AFW service and I was blown away. A part had to be ordered and I was kept informed of the status. My item was out of warranty but the service fees were completely reasonable. The technician who came to do the install was fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure the install was done correctly and he left my space cleaner than it was when he arrived.
