  Terry and Deanna were exceptional and helped us find the most perfect couch! Great prices! I need to edit this, the delivery guys were AMAZING! I think it took them 15mins?!?! Absolutely 10/10! I can not say enough incredible things about my experience from start to finish with American Furniture Warehouse.

  I’ve been a loyal customer of American Furniture Warehouse for years and have always recommended them, which is why this experience has been so disappointing. I recently purchased an outdoor table that became unstable, started cracking, and the finish began peeling within the warranty period. When I reached out to the warranty department, my claim was denied and attributed to “weather exposure,” even though the product is specifically designed for outdoor use. What concerns me most is that outdoor furniture should be able to withstand normal conditions, and the level of deterioration I experienced seems premature. Unfortunately, the interaction with the warranty department was also frustrating—they were dismissive and unwilling to offer any reasonable resolution. I’m sharing this in hopes that management will review this situation and stand behind their product and warranty program. I would still like the opportunity to resolve this issue fairly.

  Well my experience was great until this morning when they showed up 10 minutes before the communicated delivery time at 650am (told me 7am) and then wouldn’t answer there phones after calling the delivery drivers back. Unfortunately no one in my apartment building works until 9am so they couldn’t open the loading bay until then anyways. Communication on there behalf was so awful after dropping around 2k$ on furniture and nowwant me to pay an additional 45$ to redeliver after there pour communication skills. I hope you guys make this right or I will be taking my business elsewhere!

  The sales people here don’t know how to communicate and don’t have enough knowledge about the furniture. Before purchasing a table, I specifically asked the salesperson if it came assembled, and he clearly told me it was fully assembled and would require a larger vehicle to transport. Based on that, we made arrangements and paid for the item. However, when we arrived for pickup, the table was actually in a box and not assembled at all—meaning it would have easily fit in a sedan. This misinformation caused unnecessary back-and-forth driving and wasted our time.

  Pick up experience for one rug under $110 was ridiculous. Vanessa in the back was not pleasant or understanding of situation with no resolution. Not informed at checkout that an ID was required. Spoke to store manager who then approved pick up. Pull up to assigned dock issued via text and everyone was confused if I was supposed to even be there. Dock associate mentioned the manager who assigned the dock messed it up. Well of course she did.
