This place is hard to go to for sure! Super messy store, the staff if non-existent and the people that you do find won’t help you. I personally try to avoid this but every once in a while I find myself there and immediately regret it. I don’t like to give 1 star reviews but this store unfortunately hasn’t earned anything more

I made a poor choice and bought one of those washers with a removable agitator (don't do it). Got it all the way to my house 2 hours away, installed it, and realized it was a terrible design. I called Lowe's and they said I could return it within 48 hours. Great! I brought it back. Abdoul in customer service took a look at the receipt on my phone, refunded my card, and coordinated help unloading - all very quickly. I bought a better washer and again, service was professional and they helped me load it up. Made it very easy for me. Seems like most big stores these days have terrible customer service, so it was really nice to be treated so well. Thanks!

Worst Lowes store I've ever visited, by far. I've had two lost orders not recovered. Most recently and online order that was never delivered. After hours on the phone, no one was helpful and frankly everyone I spoke to seemed incapable of doing there job, or much else.

Staff at checkout was rude and condescending. The young man was impatient and made rude comments about my home project and purposely closed the garage as soon as my daughter and I left. Usually the staff is more attentive and friendly. Apparently they don’t teach staff about taking payment either. 3/19
