  They keep me informed of when it is time for the wood stove and pipe need cleaning. I get it done every year. Very professional but friendly. I would highly recommend them.

  Billy is top notch. Had an issue with smoke blowing back into the house when it was windy. Scheduling the appointment was easy and he explained everything over the phone. Billy was on time, professional, and courteous. Took off his shoes without being asked, laid down a drop cloth, and cleaned up everything when done. He inspected everything and took pictures then explained any findings and how to fix the problem, and gave some tips on how to keep the fireplace healthy. Really thorough and was genuinely interested in doing a good job and getting the job done, no excuses. Need more people like this, truly a pleasure to deal with and highly recommended.

  I had my gas log fireplace serviced by Billy Burris, from Service Monkey. I've been "around the block" a few times with contractors and service people, so I can say this with confidence: You will be hard-pressed to find someone as thorough, expedient AND affable/kind as Billy Burris. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Excellent job-Billy went above and beyond what was expected, and probably saved me a $400 blower by finding a loose wire on the service feed to my fan motor. Wow, lots of "service" folks could take a lesson from this young man. Not just commendable, but outstanding.
