  What a joke this old money hungry couple is, they have no interest in customer service or keeping a customer at all. I wanted to prepay for a year and the old lady suggested I do 6 months so I get a 5% discount instead of the joke of 6% for a year. Not only that, they keep my card on file and I've paid late fees multiple times without any reminder or anything, even one day late is 10$. They act like the previous reviewer mentioned, you're privileged to use their facility. Give your money to someone that cares. The old man even hit my truck with his golf cart and just brushed it off.
