Big shout out to Miguel at the south Pueblo Lowe's! I was in the store to buy some windows, he saw me walking near the window section and, although I don't think he was the dedicated windows department associate, he stopped and asked me what I needed. When I told him, he escorted me into the window section, pulled nine windows that I needed off of the shelf, then pushed them on a cart up to the checkout area, then proceeded to check me out AND take my windows to my truck and help me load them. First class service from a delightful, dedicated and service oriented young man.

Sergio, one of the managers was absolutely wonderful and was able to help us out with a problem we had on the air conditioner we purchased. Thank you for great customer service, we won’t have a problem like that again.

I recently put a very bad review Here and admittedly , I'd had a few drinks that night , and I didn't present myself in the best light. I still believe everything I said in the initial review to be true. But I like my reviews to be taken seriously and had I read it i wouldn't have. Therefore , I have edited it, increased it to 2 stars and put this explanarion in its place , just as an apology for my behavior.

There people are hardly helpful, and they cant keep there 3rd parties in check, or hold them self's accountable...if my own personal grievance with them doesn't get resolved... expect lawful actions

To be clear, the problem is not THIS STORE, it is lousy customer service that is driving to now spend more at my local Sutherlands, where I know I won’t be told that I must call the 3rd party delivery driver about my delivery, and I won’t be promised something that isn’t possible. The experience I just had was embarrassing for Lowe’s, and I’m done.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
