    Went in for hard to find plumbing parts. Not only did I find them, but I had several different brand and package options to choose from. All parts were competitively priced. At checkout Brenda went out of her way to help with activation of Lowes provided military benefits showing their graditide and appreciation of our veterans!

    Our new Bosch dishwasher does not dry dishes to our satisfaction. Lowe's customer service referred me to the manufacturer who was no help. I came back later and spoke with a store manager asking to return the appliance outside of their normal policy time window. My argument was the nature of the Bosch design was not, in my opinion, made clear by the Lowe's sales staff at the time of purchase. And, In my opinion, the Bosch marketing information greatly overstates the appliance's drying performance. The manager declined to process a return. I did not agree with their rationale for denial. As a property owner in southern Pueblo County, I spend tens of thousands of dollars each year on home and property improvement. From now on, I'm taking my business to Ace and Home Depot.

    Can't find people and when you do they're talking to each other and just point where to go. I had to buy patio bricks and noone h elped.

    Jarrod turned a terrible experience at another store into a great experience. Every associate I dealt with was great and showed that they run a great store that embodies Lowe's values. Keep up the great work, and I understand why my father-in-law goes to this Lowe's specifically when he travels from down south. Keep up the great work!

    I went to Lowe’s on Black Friday to buy zip ties. There was a big “Lowe’s Deals: UP TO 50% OFF” sign directly in front of the zip tie section. Not off to the side. Not on a different product. Literally right on the zip ties (I even took a picture). An employee first told us we needed a photo to prove it, so we took one. Then suddenly he “wasn’t sure” anymore and walked off. He got the manager, who flat-out refused to honor it even after seeing the photo and the sign in person. My mother got frustrated and left the store. Then magically, after she walked out, the manager looked at me and said, “I was going to honor it.” If you were planning on honoring it, maybe don’t deny it first and make the customer leave the building. The sign placement is misleading, and the customer service was worse. Don’t put big flashy 50% off signs directly on merchandise, then act confused when people believe it. Very disappointing experience, and poor handling from management.
