Great customer service. Always has been However today they were all super helpful. I wasn't planning on making a large purchase but because they're were so helpful and kind it made me feel more confident. I would definitely recommend shopping here. It is incredibly frustrating to see people in uniform, standing around talking, and you can't get anyone to help get materials. I was at the south Pueblo store, and after about 25 minutes, left and went to home depot. Had to wait there as well, but at least I could see they were busy.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
