- PCPam CordovaJan 4, 20261.0Buying the furniture was easy. However financing and changing options after paperwork was signed was horrendous. I decided to pick up the furniture rather than have it delivered. This should be an in house transaction. Instead the contract thru the financing company had to be voided and re-entered. When I finished signing the contract on my phone, completely different than whati had to sign for AFW , I hit the wrong button. The WHOLE transaction would have to be voided and the-entered again. These two procedures are not part of the financing. Why the contract THRU THE FINANCING COMPANY had to be redone is something I don’t understand. Those two functions are AFW’s not the finance companies. Also between Andrew and the woman at the counter, neither knew how to do a change order. Training for this needs to be addressed as there are instances of returns, exchanges, etc. I also think it’s very unprofessional to be eating when greeting customers.
