  Dave is exceptional at what he does. He takes care of all the carpets for the 18 apartment units I take care of, as well as the carpets for any other properties I work on that need carpet cleaning and he always does a fantastic job. Dave is honest, and his prices are more than fair for the service you get in return. He is friendly and if he says he's going to be there at a certain time, he is, always. I have zero reservations about saying that you cannot go wrong by calling Dave Blay if you need carpet or flooring cleaned. I've seen Dave get things out of carpet I was certain was going to require replacement. If there is a trick to get it out, he knows it and will do it. If he can't get it out, it can't be gotten out.

  The owner and guys are always the best around and always do a great job. Highly recommend this service as they go above and beyond Everytime. I use them often as I own rentals. They have turned bad dirty carpets into carpets that are usable once again. Very knowledgeable and honest about the life of carpets and when to replace them.
