  Will NOT be shopping here again!! Very cheap and low quality!! We had to exchange our dining table and chairs 3 times (couldn't return it or we would have). The "leather" on the chairs was torn every time! When we went to pick things up the pick-up area smelled heavily of marijuana each time. The staff asked my husband and me to come look at our items before loading them in our truck but then another staff member yelled and me to leave the area a threw one of my chairs off to the side. Then to top it all off, the box of heavy table legs was dropped) by staff) onto my husbands foot/toes and they didn't even have the decency to apologize!! We will absolutely not be back!

  I paid over $1500 to get a bed frame and mattress delivered and the pieces to put it together were missing as well as the crown to the headboard. I made a date for delivery for a reason as I should trust that it would be delivered and completed the day of delivery since I paid for it. Now I have to wait 4 days because the pieces needed are no where close. They also won’t accommodate or give good customer service and won’t deliver and finish the job after 4pm since I have to work. This wasn’t a small mistake they should have accommodated or figured out a way to make this work. Delivery drivers were great besides the mess of having to wait days after paying so much $ with no accommodation for the mistake this is disappointing.

  I have more than one bad review for this place. The salesman are great and helpful but have zero percent pull after they sell. I bought a very expensive italian leather electric recliner. Less than a year later, it started peeling. Afw said they arent responsible. Then i bought 2 leather recliners for my mom and dad that were on hospice. One chair quit and my mom was actively dying. It took 3 months for them to get it fixed oh and they cancelled due to weather but bc they only come here 1x a month I had to wait. I bought the chair so my mom Wouldnt have to be in a medical bed and be comfortable. You know what corporate told me? They were not responsible for hospice equipment….what? I have a choice and can shop somewhere else. They are jerks. My mom Passed before her expensive chair was fixed.

  Great selection and not bothered by sales people. But if you asked them for information they are very willing to help you. We want a new couch to fit the living room. Super bowl prices have dropped a little although they said the tariffs have added to there cost basis!

  Tried to call several times and they won't answer the phone. Number 1 to talk to someone doesn't work! If you can't even answer the phone I don't want to do business with you people! WTH !!!! I will go somewhere else I guess!
