  This company has the best customer service - Cyrene and the others in the office and the field workers - everyone was so helpful and friendly. In addition, they do quality work (we had them run a line for our new generator in addition to the regular propane fill). Highly recommended!

  We are new customers of Independent Propane. The office staff is very helpful and patient. Our technician, Pete, was THE BEST. He took the time to explain everything. We really appreciate that. And he is just the nicest guy. Highly recommend!

  New customer with Independent Propane. The inspector, installer, delivery person and office staff were all great about getting me set up and educated about propane. They inspected my system and got everything up to date at a fairly low price. Got my system filled up before the snow hits. Everyone I've talked to has been super helpful!

  Our delivery driver Tim was amazing and super informative about safety and maintenance of our propane tank. Super nice guy. Susan was extremely helpful as well and got my account all set up quickly. I'm glad I chose independent and will keep them as my propane supplier. I highly recommend them!

  These guys are fantastic! Excellent service and people that were so helpful and willing to help me so quickly! I got stuck at a job in my skid steer and accidentally hit a propane, gas line, and they were so quick to come through! I am so impressed, appreciative and cannot thank you guys enough for all your help! thank you thank you!
