    I just went to pick up my primo water refills and the lady working self checkout around noon 3/31 not only promptly entered my purchase into the self checkout, but put away the emptys and got my refill for me. I come here fairly regularly so I think she may be new, didn't get her name as she went to help another customer, but she deserves a reward as she's the reason you're getting a 5 star review from me.

    Return service is terrible. The girl at the desk was rude and questioning us to a point that was ridiculous. We will just shop at home depot in parker.

    I live five minutes from here. I’ve been coming in 2 to 4 times a week for the past eight months as I have been taking on remodeling my entire home by myself and about four months ago there was a noticeable change in service and returns became very difficult and frustrating standoffish putting me through unnecessary checks and questions and feel like all the employees are kind of coming from a place of why you were returning this and I shouldn’t be. I always have my receipt. The products I return are never used in an exact same condition with packaging. I just don’t like to go to the store more than I have to so I buy a couple extra things the past three experiences. Kyra was abysmal she was moody. She was rude. She was Curt and she was flat out accusatory when looking at brand new merchandise and be pointing out minor details of there’s only six bulbs there are no rest of them or you double charged me on this again just to have her never apologize and continue to treat me terribly tonight. My son‘s got a little rambunctious in the store and as my seven-year-old is crawling out of a box I clearly told him hey come on out of there. We don’t behave like that’s time to get going to which she was 5 feet away and chose to look at me and say can you ask your kid not to play in the box impossible that she didn’t hear me? I have become a Gould member in a short time here and the Home Depot is about five minutes further out I’ll never come here again. I will take my business to Home Depot or big, big toolbox ace gladly cause the policies and the staff here are not worth the frustration in aggravation. I get through just to purchase products and return products and doing so under their guidelines and the fine language on their receipt, I don’t ask for favors. I don’t try to bend the rules. I just expect a little bit of common courtesy, especially from somebody who’s in a customer service position.
