Spa Palace is the largest hot tub retailer in the state of Colorado and an authorized Biolab Platinum Dealer. We carry the top product lines such as Jacuzzi® and Sundance®. He took the time to walk us through options, answer questions clearly, and made the entire buying process feel easy and low-stress. It was obvious he cared about getting us the right setup, not just making a sale. I also really want to call out the delivery team, because they absolutely crushed it. The guys who delivered and placed the spa were professional, efficient, and genuinely likable. They handled everything with care, communicated clearly, and made what could have been a stressful delivery feel smooth and well-orchestrated. You could tell they took pride in their work, and they deserve recognition for it. Overall, Spa Palace delivered exactly the kind of experience you hope for on a big purchase - knowledgeable sales, flawless delivery, and great people throughout. Highly recommend.
