It was intended to have the new dishwasher installed with the old one picked up. Installers showed up an hour and half late. After the unit was assembled and put in, they were not able to find the dishwasher handle🫣. They started disassembling the dishwasher right after that realization. Informed me that they need to get me a new one because waiting for the handle alone would take another week. Brought this to the unfriendly manager’s attention and he just shrugged his shoulders and said it was “out of his control.” Ended up going to home depot, waited 3 days instead of 2 weeks, and saved $200! Don’t waste your valuable time withe Lowes especially the one in Parker, Colorado. Go straight to Home Depot to save money and time.

Mike, in the Appliance Center, is a great example of patient listening, efficiency driven and an all around good man to work with. I was looking for a washer and dryer set for my little sister. After dealing with Lowe’s inadequate competition, we found Mike by sheer luck. I gave him the information and the washer/dryer model numbers, asked to purchase the extended service contracts (I always buy, they are not a scam), and hoped he and his team could get her order delivered, installed and have her old units removed and taken away no later than 24 hours after purchasing. Mike came through for her. She had no issues, no runaround, he treated my sister with the utmost respect, and was always available to answer any questions. These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
