I feel you actually get the space that you pay for, and the prices, as of now, are definitely competitive with Public Storage. I haven't noticed any crazy price hikes as of now so,...... I'm a satisfied customer. I've used them in the past, and they have always been very reputable how they treat their customers, even from state to state.
