Was very pleased with our Lowe's experience. Ty was the sales associate we dealt with.
We don't go to this type of place very often so it can be a little intimidating to walk in and see the many many many aisles available. The person who greeted us at the door pointed us in the right direction, microwaves. We found them with no problem at all. Ty, the sales associate in the microwave area did not hover or bother, just let us look around and was available when we needed help. The microwave we wanted was not in stock. He called a nearby Lowe's, and when that didn't work he placed an order for us. It should be in in about a week.
I cannot emphasize enough how stress-free this process was. Ty was a big part of that. He was pleasant, personable and has a sense of humor. Can't ask for more!

I ordered a set of doors for my remodel. Multiple doors showed up damaged, and after measurement several others were not the correct size. It's been a complete nightmare trying to resolve the issue, I'm going on 3 months and still don't have replacement doors. It's nearly impossible to get a response from Lowes. I have currently paid money for doors I don't have that I can't get a response about. Is Lowes a scam company or just completely incompetent on every level?

Everyone was so nice and I was greeted right as I walked in. I had been to several stores today looking for this item and I have to say Lowes definitely showed up today with Pedro on duty, he was smiling, very friendly and willing to help! I was having trouble and he really reduced the stress of me having look for this item and answered all my questions, KUDOS to Pedro at the 104th Northglenn Location. Keep up the great work sir!!

THANK YOU WENDY! It is so refreshing to visit a hardware store and find a true professional. I’ve gone back several times now specifically to work with Wendy in the paint department. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has guided me toward products I didn't even know I needed for various surfaces. If you need expert advice and a professional touch for your home painting project, go see Wendy at the Northglenn Lowe's!

Unfortunately, this experience confirmed exactly why we normally avoid using Lowe’s.
We were forced to use Lowe’s for this project simply because they were the only place that had the specific windows we needed.
Cinthia Moreno, the Pro Extra Manager, called to take payment, something that should have taken no more than one minute. Instead, she kept me on the phone for about 15 minutes, only to tell me at the end that she would not process the payment. Not that she couldn’t but that she didn’t want to.
When I asked to speak with a manager, her response was, “I’m the manager.”
That alone says a lot.
This entire interaction was unprofessional, dismissive, and a complete waste of time. As contractors, our time matters. Clear communication and basic customer service should be the bare minimum, especially from someone in a management role.
Frequently Asked Questions About Lowe's Home Improvement
How do I find a product online?
Search using a keyword, Lowe’s item number, brand or manufacturer’s model number. You can also browse by department to shop Lowe’s large selection of items.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?

How do I locate information on recalls and product safety news?
Recalls and safety news for products sold through Lowe’s are posted on the Lowe’s Recalls and Product Safety News page.
How do I place an order with a tax-exempt account?
Visit the customer service desk in store to apply for a tax-exempt account.
It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
