    Just left lowes and didn't end up buying a single thing. Waited to get help getting tools from the cage for about 20 minutes. I asked for some one to come help and they never came. I asked some one else for help and he said im busy helping some one one else and just walked away. Didn't say he could help me afterwards or that he would call some one. He just walked away. So we gave up and just went to get things we didn't need help for. Then at the register we needed some one to help us put in our military discount because the whole freaking link to add it to your account is down and that same man and another woman were both helping one guy scan all his stuff for another 5 mins so we left our things there and walked away. Horrible customer service from the night people Wednesday Jan 7th.

    Went in and was immediately greeted by Nick who was very helpful and friendly. He knew his product and helped me find the right thing is was looking for. It’s people like Nick that make that store so much better than other locations.

    I honestly wish I didn't have to write this, but my efforts to resolve issues with the company is going nowhere. This review is in regards to ordering a storm door from Lowe's with install. We first went into this store on June 7th. That's correct almost 6 months ago. We set up for a door measurement to ensure the size and details of the door. The door get's ordered, it takes six weeks for the door to come in, install gets scheduled, install day comes, we inspect the door prior to installation only to find out the door was ordered wrong. It was hinged on the wrong side. The door is sent back to Lowe's, they can't find the door which delays them being able to order a new door by a week, a new door finally gets ordered, another 6 weeks go by, the door get's installed a week later, and after installation it's noticed that the door is defective from the manufacturer. Installer was supposed to call Lowe's, never does, I have to call Lowe's, a couple weeks goes by as Lowe's tries to figure out what they are going to do, finally they want to process as warranty work, door get's ordered, another six weeks pass, the new door has a defect, another order put in, several weeks pass again, another install date established, install never happens, I call Lowe's instead of them calling me, I get told the associate is out, I ask to talk to a manager, no manager on duty, I call Lowe's corporate, they say the door was defective and a new date is set for another two weeks out. They don't have a manager to talk to me either. So we sit here 6 months from our original inquiry to have a storm door installed, no management to talk to, and told it will be another 2 weeks before the store receives the new door. Absolutely no accountability for their poor customer service. I cannot with a good conscience recommend doing any business with Lowe's for any type of project that requires them to source out their product or work. I highly suggest going straight through a local company who does everything in house such as Renewal by Anderson. You will pay more, but you'll get a better experience and product. Sorry Lowe's you lost me as a customer.

    Aaron at the appliance department lied by telling me I’d have my fridge and stove delivered next day of purchase. That was the reason I decided to move forward with the purchased at their location. So the Black Friday “savings “ went into eating out all weekend as I had gotten rid of the old appliances due to the fact that they swore up and down the new ones would be delivered next day . No one is able to help , no manager at the store or distribution center , this has created a major inconvenience for my family and a child with disabilities which we have to keep special food in the fridge without a fridge this incident has made it a horrible experience with Lowe’s . If you purchase at Lowe’s reassure yourself that they’re not lying to you with a delivery date just so they can get your $$ I will be submitting a formal complaint to the better business bureau.
