I use this company for my business and NEVER get help with the people who answer the phone. can’t teach an old dog new tricks. upgrade needs to happen in the customer service department! beside that’s the gentleman who installed my system was amazing, funny and so helpful! wish i could deal with him every time! but they charge you if the front desk can’t do it which is everytime i call lol
