  Called and made an appointment with Ashley. She advised me that their workers don’t come out this way often and she was going to schedule me on a day where they would already have other jobs in Grand Junction, which I was okay with. No reason to send them out of town for one job. The morning of the appointment, we tried calling to cancel it and their voicemail wasn’t even letting us leave one. So we called repeatedly until someone answered and by the time we cancelled it was still hours before the appointment. That is when Ashley passive aggressively told my husband that her guys came all the way here from Montrose to do this job, which didn’t make sense considering she originally told me they would already be in this area for different jobs. After we cancel, she then proceeds to charge us a $200 trip fee. Why are you charging a trip fee if your guys were already out here?? When we called back she gave us her bosses number whom of which has still not contacted us back. I’m happy that we ended up not going with them for our services and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else. Also should note, even if what Ashley said was true “that we were the only job” and we called and cancelled 3 hours before the appointment, why were they already here in town if they are based in Montrose to charge us a trip fee of $200? This business seems sketchy. I quite frankly don’t even want to hear from them at this point because they aren’t getting my money because it isn’t justified. Why not just charge a cancellation fee but at this point it’s principle.

  They did an excellent job cleaning the air vents, patching up an unused duct and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Moore!
