- SLSamantha loganApr 5, 20262.0I cannot necessarily say anything about their actual skill because the individual I spoke with did not know the lock I was trying to get assistance with, did not give me a proposed number for how much it would take before arriving on the site, and stressed VERY heavily they would have to see it. This is NOT the typical process and that is very concerning to me. Neither person I spoke with was willing to quote a price for nearly 7 minutes, but when I finally DID pry a number from them they asked ($250), when I said no they immediately 'discounted' me from an absurd 250 to a still too high $100. The system was very extractive and I did not appreciate it at all. For context this was for a VERY simple emergency rip-cord garage door lock with very simple keys. I simply broke the one I had.
