He should be recognized for his awesome customer service and support to clients! The unit and facility were immaculate and I was very happy to have my belongings there. I felt they were secure and enjoyed my time while there. However, I didn’t leave 5 stars because the ownership has been price gauging. I didn’t appreciate my rent increases, twice at 100%. I would have stayed but not at those jumps. One lady who I spoke to after the first increase said they do it because they can, and they’ll get someone else to pay that rate, which was totally inappropriate.
