    Their return “in store credit” process is idiotic. You have to use the physical, persons ID that returned the product to even use the card provided. I started at the self check out, then was told to go to the customer service, then a manager got involved. After telling the gentleman behind the counter not to bother the manager on her lunch break, he then called out to other managers. I was in no rush, I just wanted a resolution of some sort. Another manager showed up after a few minutes. who I was having a good conversation with and was about to leave everything alone and purchase my products. During this time the gentleman had already ran back to the break room to grab the manager on lunch. After the manager on lunch decided to come to the counter she looked at the other manager and asked “do you want me to handle this guy? (Aggressively)” there was nothing wrong, I was even about to grab my things and leave, and she decided to chirp at me about the situation that was already handled. Instinctively, I reacted with the same energy she asked for and she was rude, inconsiderate, and her remarks were aggressive and belittling. That manager needs to check her attitude when handling those situations. I understand she probably deals with a lot of these scenarios most of the day. Getting aggressive doesn’t scare people away, it only blows the situation up. All over a few bucks. Great job, Lowes 👍🏼. Terrible system, and terrible choice in management.

    Ella at the customer service desk was amazing!! She went above and beyond! She was professional, polite and knowledgeable. She was multitasking and yet giving me her undivided attention. She is what makes Lowes outshine the competition.

    We had a few issues with the dishwasher but the management and other people on their team came through for us. It took some work but in the end they were very helpful and did the right thing to resolve a few challenges. We don't look for perfect businesses but we do want to do business with people and places that care enough to do the right thing. We really appreciate Bruce and others on the team and would gladly do business with them again.
