They are liars and cheats constantly raising their rates once you've moved in and can't really do anything but pay or lose your items. I was initially attracted by what I felt was a fair rate but within two months my rate was increased substantially. Additional increases continued every 4-6 months, there didn't seem to be any reason for the increases, apparently their needing or wanting more money was reason enough. I also got the distinct impression that they must treat their employees terrible as there seemed to be constant turnover. Lame excuses and zero answers that made sense are what I received when I would try to get to the bottom of the continually ongoing price increases. My advice to anyone considering this company is to run away as far and as fast as you can.
