I rented for about 3 years and during that time my rent increased from $177 in July 2022 to $210 that November and continued to increase by 79% to $317 a month with the most recent increase in August of this year from $277 to the $317. I got notices when it was still under Life Storage management of the changes but never after Extra Space Storage took over. If you need a long term rental this is not a good choice. Any employee I spoke with however was helpful and kind.
