I got no letter or anything before it became extra space storage. I was here for four years and then all of a sudden I’m paying More now than I did for my 10 x 3 and now I only have a 10 x 10 and I’m paying the same amount I missed the other Storage they were way better

She is for sure a keeper employee in these hard times. I feel that my things are very secure and safe with the system that they have in place. I'm not worried at all about people living out of storage units here! It's a bonus for me that they have a restroom I can use when I stop by, as well as handcarts that I can grab to help move my stuff from my unit to the car and visa versa!

We rented in August & have been happy with our experience & haven't had any issues till this week. Not sure why, but our Bluetooth lock stopped working and we weren't able to get into our unit. Unfortunately, there was no one on the property to help us, so we called tech support, which told us to talk to the property manager. During the process, we spoke to 2 different employees & both were very helpful, unfortunately nothing anyone did fixed the issue with the lock. That wasn't their fault, and in no way reflects them, it was just frustrating to not be able to get into our unit. 4 days & about 10 phone calls later, we spoke to Savannah at the property and she said, "no matter what, we'll get into that unit" and she did not lie lol She got a special tool and set about trying to get into the unit. After about 40 minutes of trying, SUCCESS! We appreciate that her determination kept all of us trying, she was fantastic. We're incredibly grateful that she was on the property yesterday and was able to help us. Now I have my winter clothes! Thank you, Savannah! Not only was she helpful, but her sweet, bubbly personality and attitude were infectious and made the experience less frustrating and more like 3 friends locked out of their car lol We really love this facility and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for short or long-term storage.
